In chemotherapy against GC, we use traditional drugs, such as 5-fluorouracil, cisplatin, and taxans, as well as molecular targeting drugs, such as trastuzumab (an anti-human epidermal growth factor receptor 2 (HER2) antibody) and ramucirumab (the anti-vascular endothelial growth factor receptor 2 (VEGFR2) monoclonal antibody). This evidence concerns the gene ERBB2 and gastric cancer.
