The mRNA expression levels of RelA and RelB in the NSCLC tissues were clearly higher than that of the adjacent non-neoplastic tissues (Fig. 1a, b), while the mRNA expression levels of p50, p52, and cRel in the NSCLC tissues were comparable to those of the adjacent non-neoplastic tissues (Fig. 1c–e). This evidence concerns the gene REL and non-small cell lung carcinoma.
