To assess the effect of regulating the expression of PARs on esophageal carcinoma formation in vivo, human esophageal squamous cancer cells (TE-1 cell line, 5 × 106 per mouse) containing PAR1, 2, and 4 expression plasmids were subcutaneously injected into BALB/c nude mice.
