Our results demonstrated that GO injection significantly suppresses antigen-specific Th1, Th2, and Th17 polarization (Supplementary Fig. 2), which is consistent with previous studies showing that GO exposure attenuates Th2 immune responses in a model of OVA-induced asthma via suppressing OVA antigen-specific IgE and Th2 cells13,33. This evidence concerns the gene IGHE and asthma.
