As shown in Figure S3J,K, β-catenin overexpression significantly decreased the percentage of cervical cancer cells in G0/G1 phase and increased the percentage in S/G2/M phase (HeLa-SOX17-β-catenin vs. HeLa-GFP-Vector, p > 0.05; C-33A-SOX17-β-catenin vs. C-33A-GFP-Vector, p > 0.05). The gene discussed is SOX17; the disease is cervical cancer.
