In the current study, we reveal that CPNE1 repression by miR-335-5p inhibits cell growth and metastasis in NSCLC cells via modulation of the EGFR signaling pathway, and establish the mechanistic interaction between CPNE1 and miR-335-5p in regulation of the lung cancer cell phenotype (Fig. 7).
