Bi-allelic inactivation of TP53 has been reported higher at relapse, having been reported at 21–26% [27–29], and is also observed in other hematological malignancies, including chronic lymphoctic leukemia (CLL) and acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL) [30, 31]. The gene discussed is TP53; the disease is B-cell chronic lymphocytic leukemia.
