Several large-scale cancer genomics data sets reveal tumors with the presence of a mutation at T355 of HER3 including cervical squamous cell carcinoma (n = 1 of 310), bladder urothelial carcinoma (n = 1 of 413), stomach adenocarcinoma (n = 1 of 559), colon adenocarcinoma (n = 1 of 640), ampullary carcinoma (n = 1 of 160). The gene discussed is ERBB3; the disease is carcinoma of the ampulla of vater.
