CD19 and coronary artery disorder: A CD19+ B cell count < 100 cells/μL at baseline increased the risk to CV death (HR 4.1, IC 95%: 1.2–14.6, p = 0.02), together with ischemic heart disease (HR 3.5, IC 95%: 1.4–9, p = 0.008), Charlson index measured as continuous variable (HR 1.16, IC 95%: 1.02–1.3, p = 0.02), and age (HR 1.04, IC 95%: 1.006–1.1, p = 0.02) (Table 5).
