We previously reported that intravenously administered UC-derived MSCs (UC-MSCs) attenuate intraventricular hemorrhage-induced injuries, and brain-derived neurotrophic factor (BDNF) and hepatocyte growth factor (HGF) concentration were elevated in serum and cerebrospinal fluid in some part of UC-MSCs administered mice (8). Here, HGF is linked to Intraventricular hemorrhage.
