ACE and hydrops fetalis: HF medications were commonly used at the time of the baseline assessment, with 724 (80.3%) of the whole group receiving an angiotensin converting enzyme inhibitor (ACEI)/angiotensin receptor blocker (ARB) and 683 (75.7%) receiving a beta-blocker, however, more HFrEF patients received ACEI/ARB (70.3% in HFpEF, 85.2% in HFrEF) or beta-blocker (69.0% in HFpEF, 81.7% in HFrEF) therapy.
