The gathered data indicates that intratumoral injections of shIL10 LVs decreased the production of IL-10 in tumor, while application of shIL10 LVs with DC-based vaccines, especially after pretreatment with CY, induced a significant MC38 tumor growth delay accompanied by reduced numbers of MDSCs and Tregs in TME, as well as enhanced local and systemic Th1-type antitumor activity. This evidence concerns the gene IL10 and neoplasm.
