DNAJB4 is a member of the DNAJ family and is described as a tumour suppressor [68], which is in agreement with our results; increased expression of DNAJB4 has been implicated in the stabilization of wild-type E-cadherin (but not the mutant) stimulating the anti-invasive function of E-cadherin in gastric cancer cells [68]. The gene discussed is DNAJA2; the disease is gastric cancer.
