Coffee consumption and low physical activity correlated significantly with fertility problems in the past (r = 0.2; p = 0.001 and r = 0.23; p = 0.013 respectively); meanwhile, irregular menstrual cycles correlated with FSHR gene Ser/Ser variant (r = 0.17; p = 0.008); a ≥ 560 EURO monthly salary and the use of other food additives – with older age (r = 0.17; p = 0.008 and r = 0.27; p = 0.03 respectively); as well as living < 10 km from factories, which correlated with gynaecological diseases (r = 0.18; p = 0.009); therefore, these factors were excluded from further analysis. This evidence concerns the gene FSHR and female reproductive system disorder.
