GAPDH and infection: Proteins decreased in relative abundance in larvae 24 h post infection versus control larvae were fibrohexamerin (13 fold), dimeric dihydrodiol dehydrogenase (8 fold), glyceraldehyde-3-phosphate dehydrogenase (6 fold), β-1,3-glucan-binding protein (4 fold), C-type lectin 10 precursor (2 fold) and ecdysteroid-regulated 16 kDa protein (2 fold), (Fig. 6b).
