Out of n = 15 possible target antigen pairs, we identify CD33/TIM3 and CLL1/TIM3 as the most suitable antigen combinations, with high coexpression in most AML samples and largely absent coexpression in normal hematopoiesis and non-hematopoietic tissues, excluding tissues with known immune infiltration. The gene discussed is CD33; the disease is acute myeloid leukemia.
