The most common pulmonary condition was tuberculosis seen in 53 (57.6%) of the participants and it was more prevalent for CD4 cell count between 100 and 199 cells/mm3, followed by bacterial pneumonia in 25 (27.2%) participants, it was most prevalent for CD4 count between 300 and 399 cells/mm3 (Table 2). Here, CD4 is linked to bacterial pneumonia.
