ARHGAP42 and nasopharyngeal carcinoma: In comparison, ARHGAP42 protein is significantly higher in NPC tissues, than normal nasopharyngeal epithelium as shown in Figure 2A. Furthermore, ARHGAP42 protein is significantly higher in metastatic NPC tissues than primary NPC tissues as seen in Figure 2A. We next analyzed the correlation between the expression of ARHGAP42 protein and clinicopathological characteristics of NPC.
