This may be a generalized feature of some HER2/neu positive breast cancers as analysis of expression of these genes in human breast cancers shows that PIPOX and GLYATL2 exhibit statistically significant tendencies to have increased expression co-occur with increased expression of HER2/neu/ERBB2 (p-value <0.001) in human breast tumors (Figure 6C).
