ESR1 and triple-negative breast carcinoma: Among them, 43 (84.3%) were postmenopausal, 32 (62.7%) had MBC, 42 (82.4%) had visceral metastases, 16 (31.4%) had 5 or more metastases, 27 (53.0%) underwent hormone therapy previously, as well ass 42 (82.4%), 38 (74.5%), and 9 (17.6%) had estrogen receptor (ER)-positive, progesterone receptor (PgR)-positive, and triple-negative breast cancer, respectively.
