As shown in Figure 4A, the proportion of total CD4+CD25+ Tregs (16.93 ± 6.57%) or CD4+CD25high Tregs (3.61 ± 2.36%) in the circulating CD4+ T cells of ND AML patients was markedly higher than that of healthy controls (8.61 ± 5.31%, P < 0.01; 1.48 ± 0.67%, P < 0.01; respectively) or CR patients (2.72 ± 1.43%, P < 0.01; 0.60 ± 0.31%, P < 0.01; respectively).
