The percentage of TNFR2+ cells in PB CD4+ T cells from ND AML patients (14.67 ± 6.88%) was significantly higher than that from healthy controls (6.68 ± 2.51%, P < 0.01), and the level was decreased when AML patients reached CR (4.95 ± 1.24%, P < 0.01) (Figure 5B).
