Consistently, functional analyses of up- and down-regulated DETs demonstrated that the up-regulated DETs of the three miRNAs were mainly engaged in inflammation and immune responses such as TNF signaling pathway and Epstein-Barr virus infection, while their down-regulated DETs were mainly engaged in amino acid metabolism, such as steroid biosynthesis and valine, leucine and isoleucine degradation (Fig. 10).
