Results showed that consistent with our in vitro blocking results, in vivo blocking with α-CD200 antibodies resulted in a significant reduction of IL-10 levels in LdWT infection (Figure 7B, CD200R+ panel, p = 0.0065, Figure S4 in Supplementary Material), suggesting that blocking CD200 signaling could alter the CD4+ T cell characteristics. This evidence concerns the gene CD200 and infection.
