On day 7 post infection, a comparison of CD200R− and CD200R+ CD4+ T cells revealed that the percentage of CD200R− cells producing IFNγ (Figure 5A, LdWT, p = 0.0772; LdCen−/−, p = 0.0105), TNFα (Figure 5C, LdWT, p = 0.0913; LdCen−/−, p = 0.0581), and IL-2 (Figure 5E, LdWT, p = 0.0668; LdCen−/−, p = 0.0208) were higher than those T cells that were CD200R+ but not always statistically significant.
