The pseudogene DUXAP8 was upregulated in non-small-cell Lung Cancer (NSCLC), and it can bind to EZH2 and LSD1 to repress the transcription of EGR1 and RHOB epigenetically, which was involved in the cell proliferation and invasion of NSCLC18. Here, DUXAP8 is linked to non-small cell lung carcinoma.
