The number of antigen-specific IFN-γ-producing T cells was significantly higher in tumor-bearing mice treated with Hf12-DBA plus anti-PD-L1 antibody (100.2 ± 15.7) than those treated with PBS (5.3 ± 2.7) or Hf12-DBA (8.2 ± 6.1, Fig. 6a). This evidence concerns the gene RPS19 and neoplasm.
