By the means of promoter analysis, miR-146a was found to be an NF-κB-dependent gene and base pairs with sequences in the 3′-UTRs of the TNF receptor-associated factor 6 and IL-1 receptor-associated kinase 1 genes [12,13], which played an important role in Kawasaki disease-induced vasculitis [23,24]. This evidence concerns the gene NFKB1 and vasculitis.
