TFE3 and metastatic malignant neoplasm in the lymph nodes: Renal cell carcinoma associated with Xp11.2 translocation/TFE3 gene fusion is a rare and new subtype of RCC, and is classified by WHO in 2004.[1] This tumor frequently occurs in children and young people, and rarely occurs in middle-aged and old people.[2] Older patients with lymph nodes metastasis usually have worsened prognosis.[2] Herein, we reported 3 cases with Xp11.2-RCC.
