Combining the results of analysis of Log-rank tests and the univariate Cox regression, significant predictors of survival were the age at cancer diagnosis, tumor status, regional lymph node metastasis, distal organ metastasis, cancer stage, pathological differentiation, histopathologic type, tumor size, CRM, perineural nerve invasion, KRAS mutation, obstruction, and perforation (Table 2 and Table 3). This evidence concerns the gene KRAS and cancer.
