In summary, we herein described that polysaccharides isolated from G. lucidum GLP may ameliorate acute colitis through the suppression of the immune responses, including decreased secretion of proinflammatory cytokines, such as TNF-α, IL-6, IL-1β, and IL-17A, increased the populations of B cells and decreased the populations of Th17 cells, NK cells, and NKT cells. This evidence concerns the gene TNF and colitis.
