For MD in both the AF and ILF, but not the CC, this interaction was significant (main effect of MD in AF, F(1,71) = 4.59, p = 0.036, main effect of session F(3,71) = 28.048, p < 10−11, session-by-MD interaction, F(3,71) = 2.95, p = 0.039; main effect of MD in ILF, F(1,71) = 3.97, p = 0.050, main effect of session F(3,71) = 28.53, p < 10−11, session-by-MD interaction, F(3,71) = 3.56, p = 0.018; main effect of MD in CC, F(1,71) = 1.56, p = 0.22, main effect of session F(3,71) = 27.19, p < 10−11, session-by-MD interaction, F(3,71) = 0.64, p = 0.59). This evidence concerns the gene FOXK2 and atrial fibrillation.
