The concept of vectorising cytotoxic and radionuclide has emerged 20 years ago when the first monoclonal antibodies as anti-cancer agents where approved, with some successes like radiolabelled anti-CD20 (Zevalin®) applied to non-Hodgkin-lymphoma as reviewed by Rizzieri [12] or more recently radiolabelled anti-PSMA applied to metastatic prostate cancer [13]. This evidence concerns the gene FOLH1 and metastatic prostate carcinoma.
