NFKB1 and non-small cell lung carcinoma: In the present study, phycocyanin was first discovered to reduce the activity of NF-κB signaling in H1299, H460, and LTEP-A2 cells (Figure 7), which suggests that phycocyanin could suppress proliferation and induce apoptosis through the inactivation of the NF-κB pathway in NSCLC cell lines.
