In contrast, FASS‐LTP analysis revealed that the percentage of GluA1+‐Nrx1β+ events induced by cLTP was significantly reduced in the 3xTg‐AD compared to Ntg mice at 7–8 months of age (Figure 1f,g), correlating with the emergence of Aβ and tau pathology (Figure 1b), indicating that 3xTg‐AD mice exhibit a significant decrease in synaptic cLTP responses (Figure 1g).
