CTNNB1 and neoplasm: Hence on the basis of β-Catenin mutation and corresponding nuclear expression status, the tumours could be divided into tumours (1) with CTNNB1 mutation and nuclear expression (n = 9), (2) with CTNNB1 mutation but without nuclear expression (n = 1), (3) with wildtype CTNNB1 and without nuclear expression (n = 23) and (4) with wildtype CTNNB1 and nuclear expression (n = 16) (Figs 4 and S10 and S11).
