MCM5 and cervical adenocarcinoma: The predicted binding site of miR-362-3p on MCM5 3′-UTR was suggested in Figure 2A. We further explored the association between miR-362-3p and MCM5 mRNA expression in cervical adenocarcinoma tissues by qPCR and found that miR-362-3p was oppositely associated with MCM5 mRNA expression in cervical adenocarcinoma tissues (r = −0.720, P<0.001, Figure 2B).
