IFNG and infection: The cytometry results showed that the percentages of IFN-γ-producing ILC1 (CD90.2+Lin−Tbet+IFN-γ+) cells (Figure S2A in Supplementary Material) and NK cells (NK1.1+CD3e−IFN-γ+) (Figure S2B in Supplementary Material) were not increased in the lungs of IAV-infected asthmatic mice at 7 dpi (ILC1: 24.7%, NK cell: 50.4%) compared with those of non-asthmatic mice after infection (ILC1: 54.2%, NK cell: 52.6%).
