FLNA and gastric cancer: Therefore, we found that ATPR might play a role in G0/G1 cycle arrest by reducing the binding of filamin A and 14‐3‐3ε and regulating the subcellular localization of filamin A. IHC analysis in this study shows that 14‐3‐3ε and filamin A proteins are both overexpressed in gastric cancer tissues compared to adjacent nontumor counterparts.
