YWHAQ and neoplasm: The 14‐3‐3 protein family is a class of molecular chaperone proteins which interact with a wide range of proteins, including transcription factors, biosynthetic enzymes, cytoskeletal proteins, signaling molecules, apoptosis factors, and tumor suppressors, thus playing key roles in many cellular processes.15 Therefore, it is important to study the molecular mechanisms of the 14‐3‐3 protein‐dependent regulation.
