Among these tumors, two types of chromosomal translocations, t(2;13)(q35;q14) and t(1:13)(p36;q14), have been detected in approximately 70–80% of ARMS resulting in the formation of either PAX3-FOXO1 or PAX7-FOXO1 fusion, respectively [2].
