By investigating the distribution of the eight-lncRNA risk score, patients’ survival status and the lncRNA expression, we showed that PCa patients with high prognostic scores tended to have BCR and express high levels of risky lncRNAs (PCAT7, SLC12A9-AS1, RGMB-AS1, PCAT1, AP002992.1, AC025265.1, LINC00593), whereas those with low scores tended to express the protective lncRNA (AC005632.2) (Figure 2). Here, PCAT1 is linked to posterior cortical atrophy.
