In consistence with the findings described above, univariate Cox regression analysis also found that patients with a high eight-lncRNA risk score had significantly shorter BCR-free survival time than patients with a low score in all three cohorts (training cohort: HR = 2.19, 95% CI = 1.67–2.88, P < 0.0001; validation cohort: HR = 1.37, 95% CI = 1.09–1.71, P = 0.006; entire TCGA PCa cohort: HR = 1.51, 95% CI =1.32–1.72, P < 0.0001) (Table 2). The gene discussed is BCR; the disease is posterior cortical atrophy.
