Furthermore, by calculating the Pearson correlations between our prognostic lncRNAs and PCa associated transcriptional factors (TFs), we found that PCAT7, SLC12A9-AS1, RGMB-AS1 and AC005632.2 were significantly correlated with the androgen receptor (AR, P value < 0.05), which could regulate the transcription of target genes involved in prostate cell growth, differentiation and apoptosis [38, 39]. The gene discussed is PCAT7; the disease is posterior cortical atrophy.
