In this study, information was provided on the expanded antibody reactivity profile of the commercially available WHO reference reagent for anti-malaria (P. falciparum) human plasma (10/198) [25] and other customized positive controls by using seven in-house qSAT multiplex antibody assays to measure IgG, IgG1–4, IgM and IgE against a panel of 40 antigens, including P. falciparum proteins that are part of the RTS,S/AS01E vaccine. The gene discussed is IGHE; the disease is malaria.
