In order to study the interaction of the transcription factor MYB with its putative binding sites in the SKI regulatory region, we performed ChIP-qPCR experiments with an antibody against MYB in the AML cell line HL60 that endogenously expresses MYB and SKI. We used specific flanking primers for amplifying the MYB binding sites MBS1, MBS2, MBS3 and MBS4. Here, MYB is linked to acute myeloid leukemia.
