Figure 3(a) showed that EZH2 silencing prevented the induction of ROS production by TAC-induced PAH from 18.3 fold to 4.8 fold compared with sham control. As anticipated, the increase of lung nitrotyrosine caused by TAC-induced PAH was significant inhibited by EPZ005687 treatment (Figure 3(b)). The gene discussed is EZH2; the disease is pulmonary arterial hypertension.
