Regions that were significantly frequently occurring in grade II/III but never in grade I meningiomas included those that were positive for CD133+SOX2±Vimentin+FZD9+GFAP+BTIII+SSEA4+Olig2+, and Nestin+Ki67+CD133+Vimentin+FZD9+GFAP+BTIII+SSEA4+Olig2+ (Fig. 6c, d). The gene discussed is VIM; the disease is meningioma.
