LOX and neoplasm: Our study indicates that surgical removal of the tumor-bearing lymph node promoted tumor metastasis to lung and liver; higher expression level of LOX and a larger number of CD11b+ cells in lung and liver facilitated the recruitment and colonization of disseminated tumor cells; higher CD169+ and CD11c+ cells number in PALN in groups without surgical removal of SILN might reduce the tumor metastasis to lung and liver.
