The majority of tumours had cytoplasmic EBP50, the breakdown of which was ‘predominantly cytoplasmic’ in 76 (49%) samples (Fig. 2b, c), ‘weak/negligible cytoplasmic’ in 44 (28%) samples (Fig. 2d, e) and ‘strongly cytoplasmic’ in 5 (3%) of samples. Here, NHERF1 is linked to neoplasm.
