Concerning innate immune responses, Dorhoi et al. demonstrated that miR-223 controlled tuberculosis susceptibility via impacting recruitment of neutrophils through chemokine (C-C motif) ligand 3 (CCL3), chemoattractant chemokine (C-X-C motif) ligand 2 (CXCL2), and IL6 in myeloid cells. Here, CCL3 is linked to tuberculosis.
