As shown in Fig. 4b, memory ACT resulted in stronger splenocyte reactivity to GP33 than effector ACT, as we have previously described.7 However, combinatorial ACT produced significantly greater IFNγ expression among splenocytes than memory ACT, suggesting that combinatorial ACT may induce a much stronger level of CD8+ T cell responsiveness to tumor antigen.
