To this end, we determined the effects of the sEHI trans-4-[4-(3-adamantan-1-yl-ureido)-cyclohexyloxy]-benzoic acid (t-AUCB) on the expression of miR-133, its target arrhythmia–related genes (KCNQ1 and KCNH2), and serum response factor (SRF), an important transcriptional factor in cardiomyocytes. Here, KCNH2 is linked to cardiac arrhythmia.
