Serum IP-10 levels in TB patients at the time of diagnosis (median, 85.37 pg/ml; IQR, 60.92-171.30) were not significantly different from those after 2 months of treatment (median, 125.80 pg/ml; IQR, 81.42-155.00; P = 0.1743) or upon the completion of effective therapy (median, 81.09 pg/ml; IQR, 63.71-123.70; P = 0.7467; Fig. 2a).
