A few reviews have been published regarding CD10 appearance in B-cell CLL, however the actual frequency about CD10 expression in cases on CLL/SLL is not known.20,21 Kampalath et al studied the prognostic significance of CD10 in CLL/SLL and reported a comparatively higher frequency of 10.3%.22 The CD11c is a marker of acute myelomonocytic leukemia; it was the most common aberrant marker observed in about 17% B-CLL cases (8/48). Here, MME is linked to acute myelomonocytic leukemia M4.
